Shipping Processing Time
All orders are shipped from Oceanside, California. Orders are shipped within 2 business days after they're received. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday except for National Holidays. Our standard shipping is 2 to 7 days.
Express shipping methods such as USPS Priority & FedEx 2Day® must be placed before 12:00 pm PT in order to be shipped the same day. All other standard orders placed before 2:00 pm PT will be shipped the same business day.

International Shipping
We ship to Canada but it does take a little longer to get there. International delivery times vary by location, mail service and customs. Typical international delivery time is 10-15 business days.
Taxes and duties vary by country. You may be responsible for additional fees not included in the shipping charges. Please research the taxes, duties, and fees charged by your country before placing your order.
Please note that subscription products are not available to ship to Canada. If you wish to make an international purchase of Aveline products other than U.S. and Canada, you may do so at HeadBlade.com.
Address changes
Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is listed correctly on your order.
Once the order has been shipped, we cannot modify or cancel the order. Incorrect shipping addresses can result in delays and/or lost orders.

Returned orders
Orders that are returned to the office without prior return authorization are subject to a restocking fee. Non-subscription orders that are returned to sender by the delivery service are subject to a refund based on eligibility; shipping is non-refundable. Non-subscription orders are eligible for one free reshipment within the US only.
